Malthouse offers a newly refurbished four-bedroom home with a mix of en suite bedrooms, shared facilities, communal areas and a private garden. It’s situated in a residential area of Crawley, within walking distance of shops, public transport and other amenities.
Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team works alongside managers and care staff from the assessment stage onwards, ensuring the right plans and outcomes are agreed for each individual. PBS input is included as standard within all of our high-level support packages.

Our Facilities
Malthouse supports adults with a primary learning disability diagnosis who are no longer able to stay in a family setting, but are independent enough to manage their own tenancy with a high degree of support from our care teams and external professionals. We encourage individuals to take part in activities and interact with other tenants, while many will also need assistance with personal care, daily activities, and managing behaviours.
