Greenlands offers two brand new neighbouring four-bedroom homes, each with a mix of en suite bedrooms, shared facilities, communal areas and private gardens. Set in a residential area of Worthing, within walking distance of local shops and amenities, Greenlands offers an alternative to residential care for young adults ready to take the next step toward independent living.
Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team works alongside home managers and care staff from the very first assessment, ensuring the right plans and outcomes are agreed for each individual. PBS input is included as standard within all of our high-level support packages.

Our Facilities
Greenlands supports young adults with a primary learning disability diagnosis who are no longer able to stay in a family setting, but are independent enough to manage their own tenancy with a high degree of support. We encourage residents to take part in activities and build relationships with fellow tenants, while our care teams provide assistance with personal care, daily activities, and managing behaviours where needed.
