Meadows provides specialist support for adults with a learning disability and behaviours that may challenge community services. We’re determined to ensure individuals are recognised for their positive attributes, and that their needs never define, detract from, or outweigh who they are as a person — with people from the local catchment area prioritised for placement wherever possible.

Meadows is on the Isle of Sheppey, reached via the A249 Sheppey Crossing, which connects directly to the A2 and M2 (Junction 5).
By public transport: Sheerness-on-Sea and Queenborough stations both offer regular services to Sittingbourne, with onward connections to London.
