Specialist Support for Profound and Complex Needs
Our PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) homes provide specialist, round-the-clock support for adults with a learning disability alongside physical disabilities, sensory impairment, or other complex health needs. Each home is registered with the CQC and staffed to meet a higher level of personal care, with teams trained specifically to support communication, mobility, and daily living needs that go beyond standard residential care.

A genuinely person-centred approach
Who It's For
Our PMLD homes support adults aged 16 and over with a learning disability, sensory impairment, physical disability, or additional complex needs — people who benefit from a higher, more specialist level of day-to-day care. Every resident is allocated a keyworker, and we work to understand each person’s own means of communication so their voice and choices are properly heard, however they’re expressed.
